Description: <p>Grand opening of the 9 new International cottages at Balboa Park. Dignitaries will start to arrive around 10 am and the Ribbon cutting will take place on the Lawn at 10:30 am. Then there will be speeches by Mayor Gloria, Senator Toni Atkins, Assemblyman Ward, Council President Whitburn, and Consuls from India, Korea, Panama, Peru, Philippines, and Turkey. Thereafter there will be cultural performances by all of the NICC Houses. After the performances the Houses will be open. Not all of the cottages will be completely decorated since there is still work being completed by the contractor in some of the Houses this week.</p>
