Description: <p>Join MTRP birders Millie Basden and Cindy Cornelius for a guided bird walk in the eastern side of the park. In winter, many migratory species are present along with resident birds like California Quail. Meet in the Kumeyaay Lake Campground day use parking lot. Bring binoculars if you have them. Wear sturdy, closed-toe shoes, and bring along water. A hat and sunscreen are also recommended. Walks are canceled if raining.</p>
