Keep up with your New Year’s resolution of investing in your health and join yogi Dante for this one-hour session at the beautiful Birdwing Open Air Classroom at the San Dieguito Lagoon. After the class, take some time to explore the San Dieguito River Park. Bring your own mat. No registration is required. The class is free, but donations are welcome and benefit Global Conservation Force’s wildlife conservation efforts.</p>
