Description: <p>Join Co-Chairs Patricia Brutten and Marina Marrelli, for an afternoon of inspiring stories from our Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) program, philanthropy, light bites, sips, and fun, with a spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean, as we lift up the voices of our community’s most vulnerable children in foster care. During the program, NBC San Diego’s Mark Mullen will facilitate a conversation with award-winning journalist and 5th generation beekeeper Meredith May, author of <em>The Honey Bus</em>, a personal memoir of a young girl’s loss and courage.</p>
