Description: <p>Course Objective: To educate practitioners, students and the public on the importance of the regulation of emotions and their role on our health and well-being. This class will teach practical application of using breathing, visualization and sounds to adjust emotions. Participants will also learn how these techniques can be used as self-care not only for emotional regulation but changing the physiology of the body through a hormonal shift that occurs through smiling, breathing and creating vibrations in the body through sounding.</p>
