Description: <p>Relay For Life is the American Cancer Society’s signature fundraising program where team members take turns walking around a track or designated path. Each event is 24 hours in length and each team is asked to have a member on the track at all times to signify that cancer never sleeps. Cancer patients don’t stop because they’re tired, and for one night, neither do we. Due to the COVID-19 crisis, for the safety of our participants and staff, we have decided to make our event virtual. We will be hosting the event on our Facebook page, Relay for Life of San Diego. You can expect Facebook live moments, posted videos, and interactive activities via Zoom. We will still be Relaying for 24 hours, just not in-person. We may be apart, but we can still fight cancer together. Join us for a digital experience where we celebrate cancer survivors, remember those we have lost, and fight back with fundraising efforts.</p>
