Description: <p>Frieda’s will be roasting hatch chile peppers on a first-come, first-served basis. Hatch chiles are zesty peppers with bold flavor and heat levels that range from mild to extra hot. They are available for a limited time and are exclusively grown in Hatch, New Mexico. 25 lb. boxes of roasted chiles will be sold for $29.99 and 10 lb. boxes will be sold for $19.99. Un-roasted Hatch Peppers will also be available in the store for $1.29 a pound. You can roast them at home over the grill, on a gas stove, or under a broiler.</p>
