Description: <p>Spectators are welcome to lounge on the beach and watch 70 surfing dogs compete for "Top Surf Dog." There will also be interactive vendor booths, a canine costume contest, sand castle building competition, live music, free kid’s activities and summer fun! The event is free to attend, but donations are encouraged and directly benefit the pets and programs at Helen Woodward Animal Center.</p>
