Wine will be paired with Gelson’s Custom Cheese & Charcuterie Plate for $23.99 (serves two). The plate includes Di Stefano Burrata with Olive Oil and Salt Flakes, President Comté, Humboldt Fog Goat Cheese, Rogue Smokey Blue Cheese with Brown Sugar Bacon – served with Castelvetrano Olives, Dried Apricots and Cherries.
