Description: <p>The opening night concert on Friday, June 10, 2022, includes Mozart&rsquo;s beloved <em>Clarinet Concerto</em> and Beethoven&rsquo;s <em>Symphony No. 4</em>. Other highlights of the festival are Mozart&rsquo;s <em>Piano Concerto No. 27</em> and <em>Symphony No. 41</em> on Saturday, June 11. Robert Schumann&rsquo;s *Symphony No. 3<em> is paired with Mendelssohn&rsquo;s </em>Violin Concerto on Tuesday, June 14. Violinist Augustin Hadelich performs the Mendelssohn. Friday, June 17, features <em>The Wasps Overture</em> by Ralph Vaughan Williams. Along with Vaughan Williams is music by Saint-Sa&euml;ns, Mozart, and Haydn. The festival closes on Saturday, June 18 with Franz Schubert&rsquo;s <em>Unfinished Symphony</em> and Mozart&rsquo;s <em>Requiem</em>. The San Diego Master Chorale will join the Festival Orchestra for this performance.</p>
