Description: <p>“Minari” (2021. 116 minutes) — Culled from his childhood memories of migrating from California to the strange and rugged Ozarks, Lee Isaac Chung’s cheeky and enchanting feature highlights the tensions and triumphs of a Korean family pursuing the American Dream. (Based on a true story). FILM FORUM CORONADO is held in the Winn Room at the Coronado Public Library twice a month, on the First and Third Wednesdays at 6 p.m., with a brief introduction before the film and a discussion afterward, led by Ralph DeLauro. This program is presented by the Coronado Public Library and the Coronado Island Film Festival.</p>
