Description: <p>Family Wellness Center (El Cajon site) Parents of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or similar conditions, join together in a supportive and friendly environment to gain knowledge and build community. Parents leave each session with skills to understand their child’s diagnosis and its effects on their family, how to build family support, and how to care for themselves and their relationships. Please know you are not alone – our trained therapists are here to support and connect you with parents who have similar experiences. Having your child diagnosed is not a requirement. To register and for additional information, please contact our Family Wellness Center. RSVP is required. *$100 fee covers the following 6 sessions taking place from 6:00pm – 7:30pm: August 14 and 28 September 11 and 25 October 9 and 23</p>
