Description: <p>Community Roots Farm’s weekly plant sale features herbs, vegetables and flowers: lemon balm, milkweed, lavenders, thyme, rue and many more currently available. Non-profit farm with a focus on improving lives through connecting plants and people. All sales directly benefit educational and social equity programs such as the weekly distribution of 200 produce boxes free of charge to families negatively impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic. Community Farm Share available for purchase online with pickup during the plant sale. Each farm share features a beautiful variety of fruits and vegetables from Community Roots Farm in partnership with FoodShed Small Farm Distro, a collaboration of 27 small, local, sustainable farms joining forces to provide our community with fresh and healthy produce.</p>
